What is this site?
What is more wonderful than the delight which the mind feels when it knows? This delight is not for anything beyond the knowing, but is in the act of knowing. It is the satisfaction of a primary instinct.
This experimental server is where I post thoughts and ideas. It's a virtual soap box of sorts, someplace where I can stand and speak my mind. Don't worry, you aren't obligated to listen.
I resisted calling it a “blog” at first, that just doesn't sit exactly right with me, but I can't think of any reason why it isn't one.
This is an entirely personal effort: part blog, part research tool, part playground. In case it needs to be said, if you read it here it's my opinion and does not necessarily reflect the views of my family, my friends, my employer, or even my pets.
I'm currently using this site to explore RDF, RSS, web services and other aspects of online and print publishing. Anything I find interesting, in other words.
