    <p>Gale and I got married in Greenwich Village on Halloween (we had started going together on or about Halloween five years before), which meant that some people had trouble getting to the wedding, since they had to bypass the Village Halloween parade.</p>
<p>Now everyone just wants to know if we wore costumes.  Nope.  Just green raw silk with yellow trim (her dress, my shirt).</p>
