My flight departed SJC at 6:20am on Friday, 2 July 2004. I slept aways. No in seat power, so I spent a lot of time looking out the window. It was worth it.

I was trying to stay awake for the Rockies, but our flight plan turned northward and Morpheus overcame my resistance. I awoke again somewhere over Illinois, descending into Chicago, Rockies far behind me.
