I don’t remember the soft, pale yellow blossoms of the Daylilies in the front garden from last year. They make the Coreopsis look quite intense by comparison. And the Marigolds offer yet another hue. There are more shades of yellow in the daylilies around the house Even the pollen is a shade of yellow, if you’ll let your mind believe that orange is a very deep shade of yellow. There’s some red around here too, maybe I’ll write Flaming Red next.
