A few small changes to the content model of info elements and bibliographic entries.

This is the fourth release of DocBook NG.

I made a few small changes to the content model of the <info> element(s) and bibliographic entries. Several elements that accidentally got removed from the info context are now allowed again. What’s not allowed anymore is a <personblurb> or <affiliation> at the top level of a bibliography entry: you have to put that inside the person or organization with which it is associated. I think that’s the way it should be, but tell me if I’m wrong.

If I’d been a little more on the ball, I would have rolled the proposed DocBook V4.4 changes into “Drambuie”. But I didn’t, so I’ll do another NG release after 4.4 is finalized.

Comments:

I imagine you're planning to return to this later, but biblioref is not correctly defined yet.
