For me Christmas cookie making and similar activities is what Christmas is all about. What fun ! We'v already had two full weekends of baking with friends and kids. We have got eight sorts of cookies, and probably more to come. Yum !

My mother (aleha ha-sholem) used to spend most December evenings baking twelve kinds of Christmas cookies as gifts (and I used to spend most afternoons raiding the freezer).
