Get out the vote! XML Catalogs V1.1 submitted for OASIS Standard!

The Entity Resolution Technical Committee at OASIS declares victory.

The committee produced a bunch of working drafts, went through public review, produced a Committee Specification, and now we're asking OASIS to make it an official Standard.
