Not quite as bad as my 11 month reno, but then again, we lived somewhere else at the time.

It looks like you've got lots of space there for a rental trailer/RV!

I think the measurement of slippage is at least double, maybe x4. We did a home reno project - that you got to see partway through - that was supposed to be 5 weeks and it took 5 months with a few things ( some outside painting) that never got done.

My helpful hints:

- admit that you have to be a project manager. You must know all.

- almost no decision is a "no-brainer".

- make sure to hold back $$.

- move out
