It's Thanksgiving Day in the United States.

Blessed is the man who, having nothing to say, abstains from giving wordy evidence of the fact.

George Eliot

Sure, there's always something to complain about, but on the whole, the good in my life overwhelmingly outweighs the could-be-better. In the grand scheme of things, there's not really any bad to speak of. And there's plenty around these days to remind us what bad really means.

I am thankful.

Happy Thanksgiving Day to you and yours, no matter where you live.
