several convenient mechanisms for inserting Unicode characters into
XML in Emacs.</phrase> This version of
<phrase role="doap.name">xmlunicode</phrase> improves the single-quote
cycling, supporting apostrophe in the cycle, and fixes a small
dependency bug.</para>

<para xml:id="p2" role="doap.release">The current release is
<phrase role="doap.release.revision">1.7</phrase>
from <date role="doap.release.created">2005-12-01</date>. This is a
<phrase role="doap.release.branch">stable</phrase> release;
it is implemented in
<phrase role="doap.programming-language">Emacs lisp</phrase> and
runs on <phrase role="doap.os">any</phrase> platform that supports
GNU Emacs. You can
