A lovely week in one of the loveliest spots we know.

That's “rest and relaxation”.

And Rum Punches, have I mentioned the Rum Punches?

Warm Caribbean water is a lovely place to be in February. There's not a lot new to tell really. Sun, sand, warm water, a little shopping, a lot of good food. Same as last time. That's why we go.

Sunset

One bit of new fun. The weather was odd for February, high winds and some rain every day. Sometimes a lot of it for a few minutes.

Driving rain

Nothing really to fuss about. Anyway, it was sufficiently windy the night we went to Agavé Terrace that we elected not to take one of the tables right on the edge of the balcony with their spectacular view across to St. John. Instead we sat deep inside the restaurant nestled up against the lush mountainside. And there we saw a veritable army of hermit crabs.

Hermit crab army?

Wanna start a fight? Toss a raisin in front of some hermit crabs.

Alas, all good things, as they say. Time to get back to work…

If you want to daydream, there are more pictures in a set on Flickr.

Comments:

Great pictures Norm. Love the stork and the blue... squid? Looks like you had a great time.
