A friend of mine is a British Airways 757/767 captain.  Looking at his Oct, Nov and December rosters he was scheduled to do 80 sectors (legs) for work (though he didn't quite do that as a couple were cancelled due to the fog in late December).  There's a bit of long haul in there (all I noticed was one Toronto trip) but mostly European (anything from Manchester to Moscow, all to/from LHR).  Average would be a lot longer than your 245 miles but not hughly so.  He took a week or so off in early December and did two holiday sectors (Toronto and back) making a total of 82 legs.  Multiply by four for an annual estimate: 328 or just over 2.5 times yours.
