JAXP development continues with a new release and a new forum.
Yesterday, the JAXP team (by which I mean
joehw
,
who did all
the heavy lifting) released
version 1.4.1 of
JAXP
.
The
Release
Notes detail the bug fixes and other improvements
since 1.4. (Yes, on a personal note,
the two outstanding resolver bugs do bother me; I didn't quite manage to fix them in
time for this release, but they are on my plate.)
Also new is our very own forum on Java.net. Got a question or a comment about JAXP? Want to reach the developers at Sun working on it? That's the place to go.
Our anticipated focus for the next release is going to be ease-of-use, a
topic that Santiago
has already
started talking about.
You can expect more from us on the future of JAXP, but please, let us know what you think the future should be!
Comments:
Is that JAXP Wikipedia page a bit out of date now?
