<para xml:id="p1">I've been using
<wikipedia>Twitter</wikipedia> for a while now. My
<link xlink:href="http://twitter.com/ndw/">timeline</link> says since
about September.</para>

<para xml:id="p2">I won't say much about Twitter, there's lots of commentary
about. I enjoy the “ambient water cooler” effect of the stream of
tweets and occasionally it's a really quick way to get information.
</para>

<para xml:id="p4">Then I wrote a little “email to twitter” gateway for SVN commit
messages. That one, I actually deployed. If you follow
“<link xlink:href="http://twitter.com/docbookproject/">@docbookproject</link>”,
you'll get a tweet everytime someone does a commit to the
<link xlink:href="http://sourceforge.net/projects/docbook">DocBook
Project</link> at
<link xlink:href="http://sourceforge.net/">SourceForge</link>.
</para>

<para xml:id="p5">I've also setup
“<link xlink:href="http://twitter.com/docbook/">@docbook</link>”,
“<link xlink:href="http://twitter.com/xproc/">@xproc</link>”, and
“<link xlink:href="http://twitter.com/ndwxproc/">@ndwxproc</link>”.
I'll be using those too, but I'm not sure exactly how just yet.</para>
