I've been busy, ok?

When I wrote about XProc and Calabash progress in September, I didn't intend for that to be the last word I'd utter for almost two months.

I feel some compulsion to explain my absence, but really, there's no mystery. I've been busy. I love working for Mark Logic; there's a whole bunch of interesting, and challenging, stuff going on.

Also, I've poured almost every spare cycle I've had into Calabash. As a result, on the eve (more or less) of Candidate Recommendation, I believe I have a very nearly complete implementation.

And I really, really want to rewrite my blogging platform on top of Mark Logic Server. I like writing, but honestly, I like hacking more. Trouble is, I don't know where I'd host it. Buying a slice of a “real” machine is considerably more expensive than the hosting provided by DreamHost. We'll see what happens. I still have to get XProc to Recommendation, after all.

Anyway, I plan to try to do more writing. So, hello again!
