Today I'm releasing XML Calabash 0.9.0, the first beta release of my XProc processor.

With the publication of XProc: An XML Pipeline Processor as a Candidate Recommendation, I am releasing XML Calabash beta version 0.9.0.

I believe that XML Calabash is, bugs and a few small corners excepted, a conformant implementation of XProc. (You might argue that I believe a lot of nonsense, but I can't think of any major holes.)

I'm not claiming it's ready for production, but feel free to take it out for a spin, discuss it with other users, and please report any bugs you encounter.

Comments:

I expect the "few small corners" that are not bugs in Calabash are or will be raised as XProc issues, right?

But Norm, it's really cool when the chair also provides an implementation. 8-)

I hope there aren't many, but yes, Jacek. You can follow along on the XProc comments list or the CR disposition of comments.

I see that Calabash is released under the GPL. So where can I get the source code?

http://svn.xmlcalabash.com

I suppose I should make a source distribution, but I haven't gotten around to it yet.
