<para xml:id="p1">With the publication of
<citetitle xlink:href="http://www.w3.org/TR/xproc/">XProc: An XML Pipeline
Processor</citetitle> as a
<link xlink:href="/2008/11/26/XProcCandidateRecommendation">Candidate
Recommendation</link>, I am releasing 
<link xlink:href="/2008/projects/calabash">XML Calabash</link>
<emphasis>beta</emphasis> version 0.9.0.</para>

<para xml:id="p2">I believe that XML Calabash is, bugs and a few small corners
excepted, a conformant implementation of 
<wikipedia page="XML_pipeline">XProc</wikipedia>. (You might argue
that I believe a lot of nonsense, but I can't think of any major holes.)
