Some home reno projects do eventually get finished.

When I wrote about the new closet back in January, I probably thought it would be finished before May. Might have been, too, except that I really don't enjoy the painting part. Confession: eventually, I got Bill to do it.

(And now that I look at them, I realize the doors still don't have handles. So not quite finished.)

Speaking of Bill and home reno, he rebuilt our kitchen deck last winter and did most of the other reno work that was more than I could handle. Highly recommended.

In the spirit of getting projects finished, we replanted one of our flower beds over this past weekend. Last fall, we had them all torn up and some new topsoil put down. There really wasn't a significant enough grade away from the house, so it had to be done.

The other bed is getting some shrubs first, before the flowers. More pics to follow, I'm sure.

Comments:

I like the color of your new deck, I was thinking of a color along those lines for my own.
