Mount Tom Extension

Where does the Mount Tom Extension go?

Second ride of the season: 32.8 miles at 14.4 mph.

Last fall, I discovered that the bike trail extension into Easthampton had been completed. On what turned out to be my last ride of the season, I got as far as the Mount Tom Extension, but I never got to see where it went.

This morning, on a whim, I went to find out. It's the SW-to-NE segment in the SW corner of my ride.

Adjust your front derailleur. There are some hills around here that are %$@$#@!? brutal in what is effectively eighth gear.
