Egypt: Day 10 (1 Nov 2007)

Back in Cairo, the alabaster mosque of Muhammad Ali and the mosque and school of Sultan Hassan.

Our flight from Luxor to Cairo took us over the Bent and Red pyramids. Deja vu!

Or first tourist stop was the Mosque of Muhammad Ali.

The inside of the mosque is spectacular.

The aforementioned clock, traded for the obelisk at Place de la Concorde in Paris. It works twice a day.

After the alabaster mosque, we visited the Mosque-Madrassa of Sultan Hassan.

Just spectacular.
