GPX Google V2

This is a revision of my perl script that generates Google Maps from GPX data.

Back in 2006, I published a script I wrote to build Google Maps from GPX data that I extract from my GPS.

In the intervening years, Google has updated the maps API. I've also updated what my script produces, moving the generated code out into a separate library and simplifying some of the options.
