, An accident of optics amuses me, quite possibly more than it should.
On the occasions when I get up in the middle of the night, it amuses me that the reflection of the clock radio on the bathroom vanity is directly legible. The first time I noticed this, it struck me as odd, but it took my sleepy brain several seconds to work out (a) why it was odd and (b) why it was legible.

The answer is because it's reflected twice. Once off a floor length mirror on the wall and once off the mirror on the medicine cabinet. Neat, right?
Yeah, yeah, I'm easily amused. So sue me.
