An ingredient for Entrecosto no Forno (braised spareribs and potatoes). Home made, but since I haven't really got a clue what it's supposed to be like, I've no basis for judging whether I've succeeded or failed.

My Entrecosto no Forno was nearly inedible, FYI. Way too salty. Perhaps too much massa de pimentão. Also, perhaps, too lean a rack of ribs.
I dunno.
